How to create and manage employee profiles, configure training assignments, export completion evidence, manage policy acknowledgements, and review the audit log.
Employee profile governance
Admin users manage employee profile status, role, department, and Portal access. These details influence what training and approvals a user should see, so they need to be kept accurate.
Evidence exports
Training evidence exports should reflect actual completion records, policy acknowledgements, timestamps, and source context. They should not claim more than the recorded workflow proves.
Access boundaries
Admins may manage assignments where permitted, but must preserve organisation and role boundaries. Employee-only records should not be exposed to client users.
Portal completion
Assigned users complete this module, assessments, acknowledgements and evidence requirements inside the Lumio-Tek Portal.
