Employee Digital Foundations
Core digital skills, data handling basics, and platform orientation for new and existing staff.
Role-based training pathways, completion evidence, and audit-friendly records — built for teams that need structure, not just content.
Training pathways
Training is grouped into pathways that match real roles. Employees only see what is relevant to their function — no generic one-size-fits-all content.
Core digital skills, data handling basics, and platform orientation for new and existing staff.
Secrets management, responsible data ownership, phishing awareness, and access control discipline.
What AI tools can and cannot do, when human review is required, and how to use AI outputs responsibly.
Team oversight, training assignment, completion review, and managing escalations through governed workflows.
Growth OS, Portal, and Training Hub orientation — how to use approval gates, agent oversight, and audit trails.
Organisation administration, GDPR responsibilities, audit evidence, and compliance record keeping.
How it works
Every stage is tracked, recorded, and available for review — with no manual chasing or informal hand-offs.
Employee invited
HR or admin sends a governed Portal invite. The employee receives a secure link with no account sharing.
Role assigned
The employee profile is created with their role, department, and reporting structure recorded.
Training pathway allocated
Training paths are assigned automatically based on role, or manually by an admin or manager.
Modules completed
The employee works through assigned modules at their own pace. Progress is recorded in real time.
Knowledge checked
Module knowledge checks confirm understanding before completion is recorded.
Completion recorded
Completion events are written to an append-only audit log with timestamp, actor, and module reference.
Evidence available for review
Compliance evidence is available for HR audits, manager review, and regulatory inspections.

Module catalogue
Modules cover practical governance, digital safety, AI responsibility, and platform use. More modules are added as pathways expand.
Core digital skills for team members: file management, communication tools, responsible data use, and basic security hygiene.
How to handle credentials, API keys, access tokens, and sensitive data. Covers what to never share and why access control matters.
Interactive simulation for recognising and evaluating risk in digital workflows. Learners make decisions and see the governance outcome.
Understanding what AI tools can and cannot do autonomously. Covers approval gates, human-in-the-loop requirements, and responsible AI use.
Practical GDPR awareness for operational teams — what counts as personal data, how to handle it, and what to do when something goes wrong.
How approval-gated workflows protect teams and organisations. Covers what happens when someone acts outside their permission level.
Practice Playground
Practice Playground gives learners a safe place to test decisions, review simulated risks, and understand governance outcomes before working inside live business systems.
It is a simulation surface only. Nothing in Practice Playground affects live customer data, production systems, or real business records.

Trust & safety
The Training Hub operates in two modes. Preview mode is available now. Organisation training mode, with completion records and compliance evidence, is coming as the platform matures.
