How the platform is organised
Lumio-Tek separates public preview content, authenticated Portal work, and Growth OS operator workflows. Public pages explain capabilities. Portal handles assigned training, secure documents, approvals, onboarding, and project visibility. Growth OS handles governed delivery operations such as CRM, SEO, content, campaigns, projects, and audit review.
Choosing the correct workspace
Use Portal when the work is assigned to you as an employee, client, or reviewer. Use Growth OS when you are operating internal delivery workflows. Do not complete private training, acknowledgements, or evidence requirements on public pages — those actions belong inside Portal.
Execution honesty
Lumio-Tek distinguishes prepared, assigned, in-progress, approved, and completed states. A preview is not completion. A draft is not delivery. Completion is only claimed when the recorded workflow and evidence prove that it happened.
Portal completion
Assigned users complete this module, assessments, acknowledgements and evidence requirements inside the Lumio-Tek Portal.
