Portal is the authenticated place for assigned employee and client-facing tasks. It contains training, documents, messages, onboarding items, project visibility, and approval work where your organisation has enabled them.
Documents and messages
Use Portal document and message areas for work material that needs access control and an audit-friendly trail. Avoid moving sensitive documents into personal email or unmanaged chat.
Training and acknowledgements
Assigned modules, knowledge checks, acknowledgements, and completion evidence should be completed inside Portal so the organisation can prove what happened.
